I've never gone an entire month without snacking at night.
Most days were not too bad, but I did have 2-3 tough nights, where I felt like I was going to revert back to previous bad habits of aimlessly snacking while working late at night. But I held strong.
The NO LNS challenge really helps me in my whole dieting program.
I've lost 8 pounds (of bloating, part of the covid15#) in 30days.
I'm giving myself 2 days break tomorrow/Monday to celebrate my wedding anniversary.2 -

OK, so first, I had unexpected company starting at 11 AM yesterday so the diet was non-existent. Secondly, I didn't get to have dinner until after 8 PM but I did not eat after that so I'm counting it - extenuating circumstances!
So for January I ended up at 75%, although that stretch in the center is obviously an issue. February should be a lot better for that- or at least I hope so!!!3 -
Part 1 of the treats:
Happy 18th wedding anniversary to me (and hubby)

OMG: the croissant takes me back to Paris!!!
