A wagon wheel sounds fabulous!
Daughter's Girl Scout cookies are arriving next week.
I need to stay strong!

I can't "diet" for too long before I kinda lose it.
I'm near breaking point, so I need to schedule in some planned "treats" or I'm going to binge everything in sight.

You definitely can do it. Planning "treats" is a great idea. What's the point when you can't indulge in a treat from time to time. Just need to fit it into your daily calories.2 -

OMG: thank goodness for this Challenge.
I went downstairs to get some water before bed,
and I look over and there's the last slice of chocolate cream pie topped with whipped cream just sitting there.
I thought about this Challenge, about how I don't want to lose my streak by sneaking a bite of the pie, and practically ran upstairs to brush my teeth and put in my night-time mouthguard.
Good night!!!2 -

Doing the Transformation Challenge for OrangeTheory, started with my big initial weigh in on Friday morning. I'm trying to reduce carbs, increase protein and fats. Seems to be working great because I lost some water weight over the weekend and I'm feeling more full! I'm trying to keep with my go to bed earlier to keep myself from late night snacking and it's all coming together nicely!1 -

My 18yr wedding anniversary is in exactly 2weeks (Monday) and yes, I'm counting down because I'm going to have a few treats.
Probably have them on Sunday (since the bakery is not open on Monday).
What would your treats be?0 -

@huango Hmmm, what would my treats be, from a bakery? A really good chocolate chip cookie or brownie.
If I were making it myself, which I’d rather, it would be a homemade chocolate chip cookie, chocolate cupcake or fudge.

"Want more" in terms of calories?
Or a 2nd serving but later in the night?
Being on this diet, I am eating at a deficit.
So that I don't go to bed hungry, I allocate more calories to dinner.
If you allocate your calories properly, you can split your dinner into 2 so that the 2nd meal is not consider a LNS.
