I had quite a few calories left last night after dinner (that never happens!) so I went ahead and had the tiniest bowl of cereal a couple hours before bed. In the interest of total honesty with myself and a bunch of internet strangers, I'm logging this as a late night snack, but still consider it a win that I only had something very small.1 -
