Feb 6 I’ll get there. It usually takes me 10-14 days to make a firm new habit! Yesterday was crazy with Apple Watch giving me incorrect wildly fluctuating heart rate & 1 very low blood pressure reading. My plan today. No grabbing unplanned snacks & no food after 10:30 pm. Thanks!

Sorry all, I missed posting yesterday. I will say last night was HARD. I had a couple drinks after busting my tush all day in -40C and I was SO tempted to keep going after 8 PM but by some miracle I didn't!2 -

I was complaining about -7F with windchill.
I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We've actually had a super warm winter (signs of things to come!), but now the super cold has arrived - we will have a week of -40C temperatures.2 -
