I am so glad to be a part of this Challenge.
My family keeps on baking fresh cookies!
(WHY do they keep baking goodies?)
Alll I can think of is this Challenge which helps me not eat the cookies.

I sort of went back and forth in my head trying to justify my bag of chips after dinner last night. I was still under my calories technically, but I didn't need to eat that bag of chips so LNS obviously won. Today is a new day though!1 -

Yesterday was me and my SO's valentine's thing so we had a movie, snacks and drinks. Oh well! Today is another day!0 -

Yup, I broke the streak with a BANG!
DD made chocolate chip cookies: I had a quarter cookie (they were huge).
DH went out for milk, and came home with Talenti mint chip: yup, I had a serving (wasn't that amazing, so I won't splurge again).
Watched a movie (Hillbilly Elegy - the book was better), and I grabbed some chips.
Been hankering for a soda for months, so I grabbed a frosty IBC root beer.
Now I'm feeling sick 🤢. Ugh.2 -

Back at it yesterday - not a good calorie day but at least the LNS was OK.2 -

Eating enough (within the calories) at supper and being tired by 8pm (early mornings) helps with the LNS.
LNS is mindless eating for me. It’s just something to do while watching tv. Instead of the eating, I’ll have a BIG cup of tea just before bed.
