Sorry I missed yesterday all! Friday was not my best calorie day but yesterday I was doing a lot of paint prep (spackling and moving around a ton) and I was still OK on the calories - so hopefully this is making a dent!2 -

Maybe on hockey days record if you were hungry afterwards or not, then see if you can see any pattern with respect to the food you eat?1 -
