    Last round was not successful so now I'm aiming to do better in Feb

    OSW 88kg
    RSW 63.5kg {1.5kg loss this year }
    Average last round 62.8 kg

    2/11 - 63.3kg gym done. Going to be on plan today
    2/12 - 63.0kg finally heading down. Gym done
    2/13 - 62.7kg...inching down. Rest day

    2/14 - 62.95kg...up and hopefully down tomorrow

    @deepwoodslady - Oh my, you are not a failure at all! So many of us have been on that weight rollercoaster. Up until 3 years ago, I'm sure I gained and lost 100's of pounds over 15 years or so. Look at it this way, if you hadn't kept trying you'd probably be up 50+ pounds instead of 12. You've also been through a lot this past year and the fact you haven't given up is very inspiring to me.     @deepwoodslady - don't be too hard on yourself but rather use it as positive energy to succeed, I'm sure that you can do this, you will so love yourself for succeeding. I'm routing for you to get there.
