Thanks ladies. I often start things and never finish them so this is a big deal. I'm actually going to finish a course. I realized if I can do it in a year or less then I can stick with it anymore. I lose interest2 -
Bulgarian split squats. I can do them!!! I injured myself a few years ago and I was left with unbearable pain. To the point where I couldn't walk for longer than 2 minutes. I went about a year like that then someone recommended a chiropractor. After getting adjusted it got so much better. Even though I deal with pain daily I'm always careful with certain exercises that won't trigger my pain more but lately I realized I'm gonna be in pain matter what so I'm gonna do those exercises that I normally stay away from. I did 3 sets of 4. It may not be much but I *kitten* did them!!!9

Lunchtime walk. She was just standing there staring at me and letting me talk to her and then a man who must’ve also been on his lunchtime walk turned around and said to me, “Every day I throw my apple core over there and she’s gotten to know me.“

Skating was a super fun lesson today. The boy who has been helping out the coach and not being paid seemed excited to get the gift card i got for him as a thank you1

Oh no. That was definitely my biggest fear when I did mine. I did watch a few YouTube videos for pointers so that helped. Now I just need to clean my stove top. Nothing that I've tried has worked so far.3 -

The art class participants all sang the Happy Birthday song to me today. These were all strangers to me and yet they sang for me.3

My oldest took my bank card and my shopping list and is texting me every 5 to 10 minutes Asking me things like “what the hell is carb balance” and “I can’t find your electrolytes” and “ where are the potstickers?”
Idk why it’s cracking me up. I hope he appreciates that I wrote the list in the order in which the store is laid out.4 -

The weather is slowly starting to warm up here. It’s when I get to wear outfits that make me happy and smile. 60 degrees in the city called for a little budding flower fit
