Boot camp for myself in July. Finally turned a corner with day 7 of workout. Lesson learned: take a day of rest on the weekly workouts helped. I think it will take two or three weeks to recover some basic stamina.

Extra exercise makes me retain water for sure!! Don't be discouraged. Your body is figuring thing out. If you exercise more, it thinks it needs to retain water for more exercise later. Plus, muscle gain! Depending on what type of exercise you are doing πββοΈ Keep it up! It will pay off.
