I was rewatching a youtubers weight loss journey video, and few suggestions stuck with me are making videos of current/progress size, (like 3d visual) as well as tracking measurements especially getting closer to goal weight and the scale not moving. I knew tracking weight everyday would have a weird effect on me because of water weight I tend to yo yo with, same time it's helping visualize it.
I think I'll be adding measurements on my actual mfp tracker moving forward to give better understanding of whole picture.
Just wanted to add this to anyone feeling frustrated if the scale not moving daily. 🙏2 -

A very good point, and one I wish I had followed earlier. This is my second time through, and my losses this time are much smaller and slower day-to-day than last year. But now I have a sense that I'm in some sort of recomposition mode, where, while my weight is going down, my thighs, arms and chest circumferences are going up.

I was watching Brittany Runs a Marathon on Amazon last night, other than glamorizing the running process (showing lots of gym buddy time, not actual endurance training struggles), the part where she nearly gives up cause the scale went up 4lbs after all that work is soooo relatable! 🤣😂
