I didn’t go crazy and am very pleased that I didn’t limit all the good things about going on vacation. I will definitely miss my daily paddle boarding and swimming though.4 -

I'm happy to hit my pre pandemic weight of 155, with only 3 gyms visits. (Cause they were closed until recently).
Also weighing in daily and going through the ups and downs teaches me to go with the flow so to speak, and hopefully change my reaction to setbacks overall.
Next month I want that scale to be swinging around 150lb mark, maybe break into 149 😊
