    July 1- 147.6, Frustrating. TOM started today & holding water weight. Perfect timing as usual!! Lol

    July 6- 147.6, Not bad for after a holiday weekend that included a BBQ, kid's birthday party and a date night. Back on track today!

    July 5: 157.8 another jog, another water weight loss. Scale will move back up again.
    July 6: 156.4 I'm suspecting (digital) scale is broken. I didn't jog last night, and we're in a little humid heatwave so I need my water 😐

    July 9: 160.2 wow 😢 there's just no way I could gain calories by looking at photos of food. If anything I'm exercising even more than before. Must be bloating, and won't be discouraged.

    1 July: 229.8 (Was prolly time for a bounce, at least it was a small one).

    4 July: DNW. Schedule thrown off by cooking and party duties.
    5 July: 229.8 All considered, this is just fine. Onward!

    8 July: 227.2 (Screwed up all sorts of daily routines, but passed my swimmers test as the final hurdle for our trip to Boundary Waters, and maybe I'll do a whoosh before the trip just for fun)

    Boot camp for myself in July. Finally turned a corner with day 7 of workout. Lesson learned: take a day of rest on the weekly workouts helped. I think it will take two or three weeks to recover some basic stamina.

    Extra exercise makes me retain water for sure!! Don't be discouraged. Your body is figuring thing out. If you exercise more, it thinks it needs to retain water for more exercise later. Plus, muscle gain! Depending on what type of exercise you are doing 💁‍♀️ Keep it up! It will pay off.

    Extra exercise makes me retain water for sure!! Don't be discouraged. Your body is figuring thing out. If you exercise more, it thinks it needs to retain water for more exercise later. Plus, muscle gain! Depending on what type of exercise you are doing 💁‍♀️ Keep it up! It will pay off.
    Thanks that makes sense about water ups and downs!! I've been moderate lifting weights for a while, but last week went back to jogging 5-8km for 5 nights. Cause why not bring cardio back to help with calorie loss, right??? 😫
    I'll stick with the runs, and only eat back 50% of calories. See what happens.
