Sept 02:…..185.2…..(trend weight 187.5) This is my stats for Sept 2nd. I don’t trust the weight on the first. It was too low and unrealistic. While I would love to claim it, I know it was a fluke or a weird fluctuation. I didn’t lose 6.4 pounds in two days!
Sept 09:…..188.8…..(trend weight 187.9) I have been totally posting on the wrong dates. This whole month is wacko for me! Anyway, here I am after a tremendous weight gain over the past week. Cancer scares, medical testing and travel, well keepings stopping leaving me with no water, a very bad and unexpected death in my extended family. What else can go wrong? And does eating cookies really help any of that? Well, I think we all know the answer to that! More travel today for two CT scans and I already know that will push the scale up even more. I will begin to turn around this ship on Friday. That is the only for sure thing in my life right now!
Sept 16:…..185.2…..(trend weight 187.8) A good day yesterday. More windows cleaned and I’m almost done with that calorie burning project. Travel today. I don’t think I can make goal this month, but I am working hard to come up with a good number, whatever my best can be under the circumstqnces.

Notes: Today I was in hospital for an outpatient surgery to repair some of my scars and fix my right breast after my reduction. They’ve had to Lipo my thighs and used some of that to fill in my right breast which was slightly smaller than the other. I’m not complaining. Lipo away doc. But as it always happens, I didn’t come out great feom@the anesthesia. Been having lots of vertigo and on top of that one of my scars is leaking quite a bit of blood it’s they are keeping an eye on it. Soooooo. I’m staying overnight.

Definitely went over on calories yesterday. Some days I just eat for comfort. It's ok to occasionally have one of these days. It just has to be an exception, and not the normal way of eating.1 -

Notes: Quick update. I’m doing much better each day but still struggling quite a bit with pain. I went to see my surgeon today and they’ve changed my bandages. All is looking great and healing nicely. I will need to go back on Friday to see if can start removing my staples. As far as workouts go, I will need to wait at least 2 weeks before I can start up again slowly. I think I can manage 2 weeks without it. I’m already trying to at least get my 10k steps in daily so at least I’m not completely sedentary.

Sept 02:…..185.2…..(trend weight 187.5) This is my stats for Sept 2nd. I don’t trust the weight on the first. It was too low and unrealistic. While I would love to claim it, I know it was a fluke or a weird fluctuation. I didn’t lose 6.4 pounds in two days!
Sept 09:…..188.8…..(trend weight 187.9) I have been totally posting on the wrong dates. This whole month is wacko for me! Anyway, here I am after a tremendous weight gain over the past week. Cancer scares, medical testing and travel, well keepings stopping leaving me with no water, a very bad and unexpected death in my extended family. What else can go wrong? And does eating cookies really help any of that? Well, I think we all know the answer to that! More travel today for two CT scans and I already know that will push the scale up even more. I will begin to turn around this ship on Friday. That is the only for sure thing in my life right now!
Sept 16:…..185.2…..(trend weight 187.8) A good day yesterday. More windows cleaned and I’m almost done with that calorie burning project. Travel today. I don’t think I can make goal this month, but I am working hard to come up with a good number, whatever my best can be under the circumstqnces.
Sept 23:…..187.6….. Well, Drats! After travel weight biting me in the behind and there’s more travel today. I’ve got to read those menus more carefully when on the road. Perhaps more stops with small walks.
Sept 30:…..186.4…..Okay. That’s better. Only down 0.4 but I’ll take any progress, especially after what I’ve been through in September! October will be even rougher (medical issues) but I’ll get through them, and hopefully without a gain. See you there!

Final Challenge Thoughts: This has been a rough month with plenty of travel due to some breast cancer scares and remission issues. Surgery is scheduled in October. However, ending the month with no gain is a plus. There was plenty of travel and stress eating, for sure!
