    71 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    July Ending weight - 147.0 Tripped during my walk on the 30th...messed up my knee, sprained my ankle

    Oct 01: 187.0 Not off to a very good start. A bit of a binge last night brought on by cravings. Today will be a make-up day which will likely be difficult. Good luck everyone this round!

    Oct 07: 184.8 That is more like it. Keeping my nose to the grinding wheel as much as I can. All the Halloween candy is tempting in the stores, but not worth it.

    Oct 14: 186.2…..(Trend Weight 187.6)….. Travel weight oozing back out. Happy to see it. Downward trend going well too. My daughter and DGS age 3 moved back in due to family problems. She made pumpkin cheesecake for dessert tonight from scratch which is pretty cruel. I will have one piece and allow for it, but I will have to have her padlock me in at night as I stay up late and my bedroom is not far from the refrigerator for 2nds. Control……Not just now, ……for Life……

    @cpanus Thanks Chris! It went fairly well. The healing is going good. I have a great feeling about the prognosis!

    I've always loved this challenge but a new one hasn't posted since the end of July, beginning of Aug and now everyone else has dropped out. I've had to drop out of this before when it has been abandoned. I guess it's time to focus on the other challenges that are active and with the moderator. I will not be posting again. I will see you in the other challenges that we share.
