@lafeeverte68 I love “the little things” One plank which gets longer or goes from forearm to straight. I also love wall/counter push-ups.

@Lilylady3k Why do you eat more at fish camp? Is it like camping in Colorado, fresh air makes you hungry? If you walk during prime fishing time there will be less to eat???? LOL 😂

My mom lives next door and lets just say the unhealthy snacks, treats, & alcoholic drinks are more at hand. I plan meals and try but it is just the atmosphere more than anything. She likes to put out chips and dip before dinner which is something I try to stay away from ... so then I put out cheese to stay away from her stuff ... neither are needed before a meal!
As to the fishing and walking ... it is really really hot in South Texas think near South Padre Island near Mexico. No shade so no afternoon walks like I can do at home. Don't walk at night there ... small community and lets just say some have been hit by drunk drivers while walking on the side of the road ... and then there are the mosquitos. Until the weather cools off some it is too hot to go out in the boat fishing unless it is morning or evening. Looking forward to October & November when we can fish later in the day and walk in the mornings!

My habits down there are getting better.

I take measurements because they don't react to salt intake

    30th 105 110 107 110
    1st 105 110 107 109
    2nd 103 109 111 109
    3rd 104 108 110 109
    4th 107 110 110 109
    5th 105 110 110 109
    6th 105 110 110 109
    7th 104 108 104 109
    8th 103 108 105 110
    9th 104 110 105 110

Plugging these numbers into my spreadsheet I get a trendline of 108.4 down to 107.1

71 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

Kicked the uneven sidewalk...landed on my face...messed up my right knee, calf and ankle. No walking for a while.

8/30 201.8 There is the rest of the increase…
    8/31 200.1 Coming down 1841 calories yesterday
    9/1 199.5
    9/2 198.2
9/3 198.5 I little high yesterday with calories. I made whipped sweet potatoes with my 4 year olds who took turns using the mixer and loved helping. I finally am starting to feel relaxed again. Over a month of high, very high stress, but I am starting to breathe again. Maybe my cortisol level are evening out a bit. I certainly hope so.
    9/4 199.5
    9/5 200.0
    9/6 199.3
    9/7 200.7
    9/8 200.7 Sigh. TOM approaches…
