I’ve used Fitness Pal in the past to track calories. This is when I’ve been most successful with weight loss. It promotes Mindful eating. But I’m new to the community side of things. I’m not much of a joiner. I’m trying for a bit more accountability this time. Checking in regularly. Making this part of my daily journey.

I use the community boards primarily for affirmation and validation that I'm not the only person who has the struggles I have, and there are people out there whose experience can inform mine.
With that in mind, when I respond to a thread, I try to ground my words in the truth of my own experience. Sometimes the act of composing a response itself is an affirming act-- that YES, I have learned some things along the way. :-)0 -
