    @brittgreenlikethecolor88 I'm that way with popcorn, especially white cheddar Smart Food popcorn. I'll weigh one bowl, and then I am face first into the bag. Even though it's not terrible for you, the quantity I need to satisfy my popcorn lust makes it dangerous. :)

    OMGosh I love popcorn as well!! I get the big bags of Skinny Pop from Costco.... yes, really hard to stop eating lol!! I could eat 3 servings in one sitting easily :P

    FEb 7: 185.2 - Ok the weekend was a disaster diet wise, but my activity was good, and I know I didn't really gain 3 pounds... Maybe 1, but it should start going down tomorrow.
