    Feb 3: 182.4 (TOM, blahhhh)

    Feb 5: 184.2 - Beer and queso last night, no surprise at the bump. Gotta do better at managing my stress.

    Feb 7: 185.2 - Ok the weekend was a disaster diet wise, but my activity was good, and I know I didn't really gain 3 pounds... Maybe 1, but it should start going down tomorrow.
    Feb 8: 183.6 0 Starting to come down
    Feb 9: 182.8 down a tad more. Friday is usually my low day of the week.
