    Feb 4: 160.6 lb. Now to keep on track this weekend!

    Feb 6: 158.8 lb, sweet! Back into the 150s!! Hope it sticks!
    Feb 7: 160.8 lb, What in the??? Not sure. Probably water/waste weight. I did have a high sodium & extra carbs day yesterday. Gotta be stricter today!

    Feb 5: 184.2 - Beer and queso last night, no surprise at the bump. Gotta do better at managing my stress.

    Feb 7: 185.2 - Ok the weekend was a disaster diet wise, but my activity was good, and I know I didn't really gain 3 pounds... Maybe 1, but it should start going down tomorrow.

    11 Feb: 200.4 Must. Stop. Snacking. I don't know what it is, but I've been ravenous the past few days. Most of my usual measures to keep hunger in check have flat out failed. Renewing my resolve here, and I'm going to up my hot herbal tea intake to fill up on liquid.
