Feb 4 186 idk what has been going on with my body. Tummy issues all week. I upped my workouts last week so idk why didn’t see a drop

Feb 22 188. Idk what’s going on. Def thought I had posted another weigh in before today. Have upped my steps to 11k minimum and had been upping workouts. This past week didn’t work out at all. Allergy headaches were awful. Hoping better this results week and no ibuprofen (it makes me bloated).
Feb 24 186 I need to stop eating dairy. Being lactose intolerant makes me so bloated and have headaches (and already having those because of allergies so combo isn’t making me feel great at all)2 -
