Hey I’m new to fitnesspal
Im two months postpartum, breastfeeding with huge appetite and no motivation.
Need some motivators here !

    @madlen222 hey I’m 4 months postpartum and have just started my weight loss journey. I am hungry all the time, I think that’s the BF and also that for the past year being pregnant/ having a new born I just ate everything and didn’t think about weight gain.
    If you want some motivation or a fellow mumma to go along the journey with I’m here for you, it’s tough dieting and looking after a little one so stay positive and set lots of little achievable goals 🥰

    Hey hey!!
    I’m 8 weeks postpartum and breastfeeding too! I’d love more EBF postpartum mom friends!!! I love health and fitness and am a great cheer leader! I’m a 1/2 marathon runner pre baby and just started back with weight lifting and gentle exercises with a goal to run a 5k this year and trading for my first marathon in 2023!!

    Hey ladies! 3 months post partum and breast feeding mama here. I agree with everything everyone’s mentioned. I just went back to work too, so trying to find the time to exercise and plan healthy meals on top of the new babe. Would love to connect and motivate one another 😊
