Been using MyFitnessPal on and off for about 2 years. Down roughly 40lbs since I started! Woohoo! Im starting to focus on recomping and tracking macros along with calories. Workouts include walking, weightlifting, yoga and some running! Im struggling with figuring the correct macro/ calorie intake to obtain recomp. Im 5’3/195 Im hoping to be more accountable as well. Thank you!!
