Getting started again
Hey y’all!! Been starting over for the past year or so, and I’m tired of being on this ride. I’ve done great with counting macros/calories in the past, but had gotten bored, and honestly got tired of counting/ measuring. However, it worked so I’m giving myself that chance again, along with some grace.
I think this time, I’m going to focus more on calories and protein, and not so much counting all macros bc that was what I think wore me out. I had to always be on point.
Currently I joined in a Stepbet challenge (3rd time), and in the past, it has always gave me a jump start. I do workout inconsistently 🫣but tend to push for 3 days when I am focused. Lower body/ upper body/ full body split.
So here I go!
