I Need Accountability

I’ve lost the motivation to keep working at my goals. My baby was born 6 months ago and my goal was to return to the level of fitness I had before I got pregnant. I am there, but I’m falling back into my old habits. Late night snacking and negative emotions around food throughout the day are a problem for me. There isn’t anybody I can check in with and discuss progress, set backs, new learning, and wins. STUCK.

    You'll get there! Measuring my progress in 2-week increments is helpful for me so I don't get down with day to day fluctuations. Excited to see your progress
