Hey everyone! I have not challenged myself in a very long time. I have stayed at the same obese weight for many years. I am writing down goals and things I want to do every day. Like today I am going to walk for at least 30 minutes then do then beginner Vinyasa yoga. Last night I took a bath, put on a mask, and turned on a sound bath on YouTube.
I will look better, feel better, and raise standards for myself. Any suggestions on journaling this or writing it down? I have never spoken what I want into the universe for fear of being kooky..and if it really works anyway. But I want to do that too, as well as put crystals and other things I love on my nightstand. They’re pretty…and why not try something new?!?!

Journalling your plans is a good place to start.
You can break down your goals into smaller goals. Work on one part at a time.
    Journal your workout plans.
Lists of things you can eat or prep easily for everyday.

You can also have a task list or to-do plans. Maybe Alastair method for two weeks at a time. Separate health, personal care and work by using different colours. A habit tracker is useful (don't track too many at a time, it gets overwhelming). Maybe a list of things you would like to try to do better next time. Strengths and weaknesses. Things you want to learn more about or explore.

A brain dump and notes takes a lot of pressure off too many things in your head left unexplored. You can figure out what works and what doesn't as you work on your weight loss journey.
