226 on Feb 5. 174 on July 9 (FIFTY POUNDS!). All I did was put EVERYTHING into MFP every day before I ate what ever it was. I only went over the daily calories twice in 155 days. I ate what ever I wanted, just didn't go over the calories.6

I just want to add a note about last month. I did not lose any weight, but I did reach my goal of getting my money's worth going to the gym. I went 3X a week for 4 weeks. The last week I had to go into the office for work and did not go to the gym. I was very discouraged about little scale loss then the end of the month gain back. However, I measured myself on June 5th, and then got a reminder to measure in July, so I did. Here were my results:
Breasts: June: 42", July 40.5"
Chest: June 36.5", July 36.5"
Waist: June 37.5", July 35.5"
Hips: June 43", July 41.5"
Right Thigh: June 26.5", July 25.5"
Calf: June 16.5", July 16.5"
So if you add them up, I lost a total of 6 inches off various parts of my body, and I am going to take that as a major win and motivation to keep it up!
My gym days are full body lifting with a 10 minute cycling warmup and 5-7 minute stretching cooldown.4 -
Walk 2 miles every morning.
I drink a Pineapple, Celery, Parsley, Lemon, Turmeric, Ginger, Cayenne shake every morning (very good for inflammation).
Was in a bad rut for awhile. Gotta fix that. My goal for July is to get back to it, and complete a 45 min aerobic or yoga work out once a day for 30 days straight. I want to get out of this rut! Gotta to Get Active!

I am up to 2.5 miles a day walking. I am attempting to get to 3 miles a day, but not trying to do too much that I end up having to stop to recover. The scale is not going down, but the clothing is looser, face is thinner. I figure if I'm logging my food and moving, then I'm doing the things I'm supposed to be doing. The number will fall when it does.3 -
