Welcome to your July 2022 daily tracking thread. We've made it through the first half of the year. How are your goals for 2022 coming along? Great? Good? Need some accountability to get back on track? Join us here daily to post your current weight and stay on target with your weight loss ambitions.
Anyone is welcome to join, even if you see this thread mid-month – just jump on in. And while most folks do post daily, even if you don’t weigh yourself every day, you’re still welcome to join us.
Some abbreviations you might see:

GW – Goal Weight

July 1 186 had a migraine tuesday and took ibuprofen which always makes me retain

July start weight: 175.1 bs
June goal weight: less than 175 lbs
2020: lost 24.4 lbs
2021: lost 5.1 lbs
Jan lost: 0.5 lbs
Feb lost: 0.5 lbs
Mar gain: 1.6 lbs
Apr gain: 4.5 lbs
May gain: 0.6 lbs (beyond frustrated at this point)
June lost: 2.9 lbs (finally, we'll see if is sticks)

I Walk 2 miles a day with my pup, Toodles, every morning. I am eating healthier and becoming more aware of what I'm eating.
I'm doing my best to not eat refined sugar and processed foods. Trying to stay on track (I battle food cravings).
I drink a Pineapple, Celery, Parsley, Lemon, Turmeric, Ginger, Cayenne shake every morning (very good for inflammation).
Was in a bad rut for awhile. Gotta fix that. My goal for July is to get back to it, and complete a 45 min aerobic or yoga work out once a day for 30 days straight. I want to get out of this rut! Gotta to Get Active!

I've been walking 1-2 miles a day now for a week. I'm hoping that after this holiday weekend (just being honest), I can get back into my daily good eating routine, keep the exercise going, and start to see 190 and below.2 -

I’m 5’3 and turned 45 last week. I’m consistent during the week, but am terrible at consistency on the weekends. I was on vacation with my family last week, so eating out every meal for 6 days and not drinking as much water, now I’m home and ready to get back to a normal routine and back on track.

July 8 187 headaches all week and lots of ibuprofen. Glad it’s only that. Did get in my 13k steps a day most of the week so I’m happy about that. Need to add back in working out.2 -
