Jul 7: 172.9 Yesterday was a recovery day so I'm OK with this3 -
I Walk 2 miles every morning. I am eating healthier (I battle food cravings).
I drink a Pineapple, Celery, Parsley, Lemon, Turmeric, Ginger, Cayenne shake every morning (very good for inflammation).
Was in a bad rut for awhile. Gotta fix that. My goal for July is to get back to it, and complete a 45 min aerobic or yoga work out once a day for 30 days straight. I want to get out of this rut! Gotta to Get Active!

July 1 186 had a migraine tuesday and took ibuprofen which always makes me retain
water.
July 8 187 headaches all week and lots of ibuprofen. Glad it’s only that. Did get in my 13k steps a day most of the week so I’m happy about that. Need to add back in working out.2 -
