    August start weight: 172.2
    August goal weight: 160-165 (maintenance range)

    Aug 1 - 172.2 (Back from vacation and feeling good. August is going to be a great month!)
    Aug 2 - 169.6 (Busy first day back to work but stayed positive. Ate well and focused on my step goal.)
    Aug 3 - 167.6 (Dentist after work and then I'll hopefully find time for a Peloton ride or another walk, or both!)
    Aug 4 - 166.2 (Have stress at work. Afterwards I will decompress with some kind of exercise. Last night I chose to do upper body strength as my exercise of choice and it felt great.)

    I'm Christie, an Aussie, mum to the BEST three year old in the world (I am not even biased). I absolutely need to get serious about my weight and stop "treating myself". I had lost 15kg from my initial starting weight, but then started working from home and became less active through the day as a result. I'm finding it hard to get my rhythm back even though I'm back to working on site now. I've gained back too much of that 15kg loss. I plan to go back to basics because I KNOW it works for me!

    August 3: ⚖️ 131.5kg 👟 5,360 steps 💦 2.5L 📔 2,746 calories 🐨 54 mins | Another busy day at work (the end and beginning of the month is always busy for me as an accountant)! Barely got any steps in all day as I was just chained to the desk, but made sure I did some walking in place to hit my target before bed time. Went a little over on calorie goal but still tracked everything which is all I'm actually aiming for at the moment - had great deficits so far this week so one day at maintenance is not going to undo all that.

    August 4: ⚖️ 131.3kg 👟 5,384 steps 💦 2L 📔 2,973 calories 🐨 52 mins | My work colleagues held a morning tea for my birthday, which was nice. I did overindulge though! Everything tasted so nice and I felt a lot of peer pressure! Back to normal tomorrow. Feeling really exhausted and fatigued - this I think is still remnants of covid, maybe "long covid" though I hope not.

    @TwistedSassette Im not sure I will remember so Happy Birthday! I think it is fine you indulged, there will be reasons to indulge throughout life and you have to get used to it, right? It looks like you tracked too, which is hard to do when someone else makes the food! Overall a good day!

    Mary 65 from Pennsylvania. Goal weight 122 lbs. Was there in 2009/10 and kept it off for about 5 years and got lazy. I do low Carb 15+/- 3 Net Carbs/day(My body seems to hang on to Carbs/not burn them),1000-1200 calories daily, 2 meals on my days off(3) and 3 meals on my work days (4, long hours) and I only exercise on my days off due to the long work days.
    Heaviest weight: 255 lbs, twice :-(

    9/14/20-255 lbs. Started a new job without a micromanager.
    5/3/21-240.5 lbs Emergency Gallbladder surgery
    5/14/21-232.2 lbs. Started MFP, low carb and calorie restricted diet while recovering. Actively trying to lose now.

    8/1/22-167.2 lbs :-( Elliptical 214 minutes for 14.22 miles
    8/2/22-168.6 lbs :-( The extra carbs and sodium show. Elliptical 233 minutes for 16.47 miles.
    8/3/22-171.8 lbs :-( Still climbing from the extra carbs and sodium while I was off. Was in the BR almost ever half hour today peeing at work. Hopefully the scale will start back down.

    8/4/22-168.4 lbs :-) Heading the right way.

    8/3: 184.5 lbs ⬇️ Wednesday is my usual weigh-in. Nothing to add. A bit overwhelmed by pending appointments this month. Then travel by air with my 83 dad with Parkinsons. Fretting already. I know that is not helpful healthwise. But take a deep breath and move one foot forward.
    8/4: 184 lbs⬇️
    8/5: 185 lbs ⬆️ under calorie target but had salty carbs.
