My name is Donna. I am 5’ 5” tall, 62 years old and from the Midwest USA. In 2016 I weighed 253 lbs. I am on a journey of health and to get back to the real me.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

New month, time to wipe the slate clean and start again. Phew. My goal is to eat an average of 6,000 KJ. I'm also running on the treadmill, number of minutes equals the date of the month. I haven't calibrated the gym scale so that may happen sometime during the month, so my estimate of my true weight may change. I also measure my body, I find it's better than weighing due to less fluctuations.
Tuesday 1st 5761 kJ, 5761 average, 89.0 kg, 1 minute on treadmill, 799.5 cm body measurements1 -
I have one goal for Nov. to leave the two seventies behind forever. I eat low carb, but no doubt to many calories. So I plan to log everything, every last calorie. Accountability is the name of the game. Best of luck to all lets do this.

I worked through lunch so only 2 meals, one small snack and my water pill all played a part. I want to hang onto this even with the bloat I expect tomorrow on the scale and keep progressing. All the food and dessert (including Halloween) holidays are upon us. I’ve got to stay strong!

I'm Midsummer from the PNW, US. I'm 5'5.5" tall and I currently weigh 159 lbs.

G'day. I'm back after a week of holiday in Melbourne, and then two weeks of COVID in our house, and a dog with an injured paw. Now picking up the pieces and getting back to life.
I've proven I can lose weight by dropping 12.6 kg (27.7 pounds) in the last few months. But I've dropped the ball recently and sat pretty stationary. This month, I want to get back to losing weight, re-build and improve my exercise habit, including regular breaks from my desk.
30/07/2022: 142.7 kg (starting point)
18/10/2022: 129.4 kg (lowest point)
01/11/2022: 130.1 kg
02/11/2022: 130.3 kg4 -

11/03-199.6-(Trend Weight 199.9)- Worked hard in the yard again yesterday and stayed in a calorie deficit so this is just the expected bloat from around my ankles and abdomen. Today is DD#2 birthday. She’s working today but we may have a small celebration tonight. I’ll watch it. I hate being (and staying) so close to the 200 mark even if a couple of pounds is usually the water retention.

Thanks @joans1976 Dog is making progress. Foot is starting to heal. Didn't need stitches under general anesthetic yesterday, which was a great outcome.

Hi, my name is IzzyBella and I am on my third week journey. It started out well but now I am at a standstill because I eat the same thing almost every day. I need to get back in Ketosis and work it hard. I have been walking everyday but the weekend and I love it. I have no excuses for not losing as before, I just keep tripping up. I would like to lose 10 pounds by Christmas.

Hello all! Happy November 😊
I’ve been a part of MFP for years, was on a bit of a hiatus the last year or so. Just had my second baby (and turning 40 this month!). Battled with my weight most of my adult life, losing is hard and gaining is super easy with PCOS and lipedema.
Highest while pregnant was 325 (for the third time in my life 😩) and now I’m at 282 as of this morning. Excited to see what the rest of the month brings!2 -
