More room to get around the dining area without the saw horses in there! I am glad to see the scale a bit down. I know I could have done a bit better. I caved and made some pasta. Fast, easy, good and a “safe” food for me with my eating disorders. Today I will try to get in more protein.

It’s going to be a good day. What worked, what didn't: I don't know how I am down at all. I don't know that binged but I was so disorganized I had nothing but unhealthy things to eat several times and Wednesday was very stressful so I intentionally ate things I normally wouldn't. But I did track except for yesterday and check in here! I'm gonna make this a great week!2 -

11/13-198.2-(Trend Weight 199.2)- Expected bloat but it’s never nice to see it on the scale. It was a very good day yesterday. DGS kept me on my toes. Calories were low and movement was high so I think progress was made. Traveling twice this upcoming week. Dentist changed appt to Tues and back out with friend for another procedure on Thurs. Last week did no damage after the travel. I’ll try to be just as careful. I’m working hard to make those out-of-town temptations easier to handle. Tuesday my friend and I may take the boys with us and visit a steak house in the destination area. It is her son’s birthday this week. There may be chicken alfredo involved here but we shall see.

I am struggling with my family visiting and so many goodies in the house and my food issues are fully flaring up. I will be mindful and do my best today to at least get enough fruit and veggies and listen to my body.

I have one goal for Nov. to leave the two seventies behind forever. I eat low carb, but no doubt to many calories. So I plan to log everything, every last calorie. Accountability is the name of the game. Best of luck to all lets do this.

I'm up 4 lbs. Its either because I forgot my meds last night or 4 days off the wagon caught up with me. Usually my weight does not fluctuate that much.
Today I focused on my body and my hunger level. I did eat 4 cookies which was kind of a binge because I didn't feel good after physically. I did eat plenty of fruit & veggies too.
Also my mother in law made a couple of comments about my weight and others' that although well meaning made me feel self-conscious. I try to feel good in my body the way it is but I'm not there yet.

Nov 7: 167.8 (I went back and looked and the last time I weighed less than I did this morning was Sep 8. This feels like a critical time for me to move forward back to maintenance. Trying to make good choices.)
Nov 8: 168.4 (Got my Peloton ride in last night and ate well. Things are on track. Today is very cold and I am commuting in to the office.)

Nov 11: 169.4 (Currently on our way to Banff to do our first winter hike of the season. It's a good one - looking forward to the exercise.)
Nov 12: 169.8 (Today we went to a nearby city to run some errands. Want to climb on the Peloton when I get home.)
Nov 13: 168.2 (Started my day with a walk with a friend. Watching football here shortly. My husband is making pork ribs for supper. Need to get on the exercise bike.)
Nov 14: 169.6 (Didn't get on the bike last night as planned. Got into a Sunday blues funk. I made up for it after work tonight. Feel good with how my day went.)
Nov 15: 169.4 (Kept it simple today. Got my 10K steps. Ate well. Got crap done. Alcohol free. Hopefully I sleep better tonight than I did last night!)

11/16-198.0-(Trend Weight 198.7)- Chicken Alfredo at the steakhouse and plenty of sitting for travel are the main culprits. And, of course, during travel I can’t take the waterpill so there is the expected bloat. But I was hoping it would be one pound up, not two. I will be perfect today! I liked seeing that five after the nine yesterday morning.
