    Had a big loss last month 9.2lb and getting close to my goal so a bit less ambitious this month!

    Omg 5 days with no food logging, a week of eating carbs and no exercise and I'm paying with a 10lb gain! Hoping it's mostly water!

    72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
    ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    My name is Donna. I am 62 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5’ 5” tall.

    Start Weight (from Nov 30, 2022 ): 196.2
    Goal Weight: 191.2 (5 pound loss)

    End of Challenge Weight: xxxxx
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know it when I get there!)



    Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.

    12/20-198.6-(Trend Weight: 198.2)- I could have done much better. All the traveling for medical and holiday shopping is really biting me in the butt. I’ve been pretty consistent in December but that is not really the goal. It is to lose weight and THAT, I am not doing. Humph….. Decembers are tough!

    12/27-200.8-(Trend Weight: 198.9)- Clearly I have had a food-filled week. I don’t plan on staying in the 2’s. Onederland is still back within reach and I plan on grabbing hold again. Time to pay the fiddler and get back to Serious!

    I've gained about 4-5 pounds over the last 3 months between vacation/traveling/holidays/etc. But the main culprit has been not tracking everything I eat for at around half of that time. January is always a great motivator since it seems the whole world is trying to kick start their health journey, but I'm trying to get a jump on it these last few days of December.
