    1) No desserts today. Can have sugarfree or no sugar added.
    2) None of DH's stash today.
    3) No peanut butter today, 2.5 to 3 T (last 5/18)
    4) Don't weigh again until Monday 5/22
    5) No hard cheese today (trying not to have cheese everyday) (last 5/18). Note: some grated parmigiana cheese has always been allowed and doesn't count towards hard cheese. Hard cheese at restaurant ok. Can have cheese with restaurant meals.
    6) No honey today(1-3 Tbsp.). (last 5/18) (a little in honey mustard ok)
    7) Nuts ok (22-30 g) or 12-14 in-the-shell nuts, but none of Gary's canned nuts.
    8) No beef jerky today.
    9) No chicken Vienna sausage today (trying not to have higher sodium stuff everyday)
    10) Sweet potato and/or pumpkin ok today. (last 5/15)

    Stomach pain woke me up in the middle of the night, so I’ll probably just be sticking with bland foods today. Still going to log what I eat though and hold myself accountable.

    Self-care needs to happen today too. I’ve been under a massive amount of stress this past week, between work and an unplanned dental procedure to fix a chipped tooth. So I haven’t exactly been making myself a priority.

    Good day so far. Taught an awesome spin class from 8:30-9:30, went straight to Vs Theater banquet at 10:00 all sweaty and gross. Came home took a nice long nap. Hubby wanted to go to the movies, but I really didn’t want to go. I encouraged him to go without me. I did some bike maintenance and sprucing up. Now watching a Disney movie with V. Then I think I’ll take a Bubble bath and call it a night. Have a happy weekend!

    Having a rest day today/cleaning up the house.
    Yesterday was mega busy. Got up, got the taxi to go food shopping, which was a bit of a nightmare because the kids were messing about a bit but we regrouped our minds, told the kids to pack it in and got the shop finished.

    Then my dad came round to pick up Ash to go collect our new washing machine, well it was gifted to us after Ash's nans passing, but is a better model than ours. And I cleaned and removed everything off the kitchen sides like kettle/toaster/microwave so my dad could start tiling when he got back.

    As my dad was tiling we then unloaded and reloaded the trailer with all our excess rubbish for my dad to take to the recycling centre.

    Thinking back, it wasn't a mega busy day but for me, having any one round at my house and socializing is extremely exhausting for me, even if it's my dad.
    I like socialising but it deffo leaves me feeling wiped out after.

    Anyway I put my old washer up for sale for £100 but no interest yet. There's nothing wrong with it, it's just the new one we have is better. Might reduce the cost, just want it gone tbh.

    Got the house to ourselves around 4pm. So we chilled in the last couple of hours of sun before it went behind the houses.

    Was gonna go to the park today but Casey's feeling a little under the weather
    Think she had too much sun yesterday x

    I thought I did well with eating today but my calorie count says differently :( Only made it to 32 oz of water.

    This is about the tenth job application I’ve put out there. So far I haven’t even gotten an interview. I’m desperate to get out of the position I’m currently in, so hopefully something will be different this time.

    13. Therapy thoughts: Reflecting on progress – "No snacks at school" definitely helps. Been lifting regularly, cardio in the AM. Making progress on staying in the room; Cora got curtains and a soft area rug. What do I do about the fact that nothing really seems fun? "Having fun" is something of a chore. I need to talk to my parents about end-of-life plans (particularly funeral arrangements) and I'm not sure how to go about it. I do somewhat trust that they are capable of deciding when they need assisted living but should probably offer help in finding out what sort of place would be best BEFORE it actually becomes necessary.

    14. Just for fun: Start sketching dragon on a pile of books, offering one to the armored knight, & banner that reads "Treasure should not be hoarded / It should be shared."

    I've had some issues with accountability lately. Instead of checking in, I started just not posting on the community boards at all. Doesn't that figure. I know better... but I just didn't want to push myself. It hasn't been more than about 2 weeks so I'm restarting before I let all my hard work so backward!

    Anxiety is high today. I think it is because my baby girl is graduating tomorrow. That hasn't really bothered me until today, but boy is it on my mind big time right now. My weight is also on my mind. It has gone up steadily since My daughter's illness in February. I've put back on much of what I lost, and now I'm out of my "cute" clothes. Add that to the new job possibility and bam! I woke up with hives around my neck... Not really focusing on weight today as I'm giving blood this afternoon, but tomorrow I'm all in. Weigh, log, reduce!
