9/20 - Last two days were not good days for me, Knee gave out on me on the way into the post-op visit and has been pretty sore. Got on today though after resting for a while and rode for 10 min. @ 70 rpm. Felt great probably could have gone longer but don't want to push it yet. Will get on in AM though. Hope everyone else is doing well also.

Great ride today at the Northampton Bike Fest. Longest ride to date for me at 40+ miles! Free beer and BBQ after certainly hit the spot.
Sad day for fellow cyclists in the Northeast. Be careful out there!
