Terrible fitness habits be gone!

Options
OK, OK, I'm doing the new year, new me thing and I've joined the gym. (Happy New Year from Scotland) I don't want to be one of the ones that give up after a month so I'm looking for people that can spur me on, and I can do the same in return.
I'm VERY unfit but I've been 3 times last week and plan on going again tomorrow morning.
Look forward to chatting with you.

What I did was join in some of the Challenge threads here. Some of them have been going on for years, some of them start new every month or every week or so...I was welcomed warmly into the ones I joined. I knew there would always be a reply and others to join in with my successes and failures.

Yes, I agree about the challenges!

One thing that can help with keeping up an exercise routine is keeping your routine similar even on days you don't exercise - I think the most important is sleep and still rising and going to bed at roughly the same time, especially if you're working out first thing in the morning (this is the only time that consistently works for me.) On the days I don't work out, it's amazing what I can actually do in just an hour - I've been able to put a lot more of my life in order just from this time! :D
