Today, it’s back to the gym with isometric upper-body holds with hand weights

I have been doing planks
30 sec in 15 sec break
With other static holds but I lose track of posting
I am up to 50 min of planks and 50 min of holds
I can only do 3-5 min a day
I have been trying wall push ups and band pull downs( for a modification pull up) with squat holds
Plus walking 2 - 3 miles a day
