    I have been doing planks
    30 sec in 15 sec break
    With other static holds but I lose track of posting

    I am up to 50 min of planks and 50 min of holds
    I can only do 3-5 min a day
    I have been trying wall push ups and band pull downs( for a modification pull up) with squat holds
    Plus walking 2 - 3 miles a day
    Happy hump day

    Yesterday was MY non movement or tracking day. DH and I enjoyed KFC chicken sandwiches and vanilla milkshakes. Then laid around and surfed the airwaves πŸ„β€β™‚οΈπŸ„β€β™€οΈ tried to convert the surfing to my β€˜exercise plan’ but no go πŸ˜‚

    Did wallsits after a walk (quads were warmed) and managed 5:00! Later, Girvan's 15:00 core (all planks!). Amazing how that was doable (struggled the last 10secs every so often, but I didn's have to do my variations). Soh's 5 min or Reif's 7 min make my lower back hurt!
