Hiya, everyone! 🙋♀️ Do you continue here for March? I'd like to sign up again for this. 😊
So far:
March 1st: multiple 45s planks during m,y workout. Over 7.5 mins, but I'll count only
Planks: 6 min. Wall sits: 3 min
March 2nd: 1:30 min during workout + a 4:00 plank workout (HR) + 3:00 long mins wall sit
March 3rd: maybe 1.5 min during workout, but I'll call it a rest day
Total so far:
Planks: 11:30
Wall sits: 6:00 (PB 3:00)

01/03 Planks: 6:30. Wall sits: 3:0005/03: Planks during 1h workout: 4x40s, so I'll say 2 mins. Worked out late in the day, so no more additions in the evening 😊.

Today is Isometric ST upper-body with 5-8-10 lbs weights 20+ minutes
Also rebounding for 30+ minutes
At 1pm, I’ve a tea party with my Birthday Group at a new watering hole, Patrick’s Corner’.
The building, was built in 1941 and was the city’s first hospital.
It was remodeled last year and provides office space and the cafe.
Hope the heater works 😂
