06/30-198.2-(Trend Weight: 197.3)- This has been a horrible month for me. I am up 3.4 pounds. We all know they will come off much slower than what they went on. Great job to all that showed up this month and stayed accountable and/or kept their dreams alive. I’m with ya! Time to make July count!
