    What a great idea for a challenge. I look forward to getting to know the MFP members in this challenge. I have been a member of MFP since November 17, 2016 but did not start to use it regularly until July 1, 2020. I had to look at my profile to refresh my memory. Wednesday's are my regular weigh-in. So I will start April 5th.

    April Actual: 67.62 kg / 149.1 lbs (29-Apr-2023) - I also weigh multiple times a week (can't help myself :D ) So this one a little close to end of month.. Higher carb/lower protein and slight increase in calorie intake seems to pay off energy-wise, so I'll stay at these goals for a bit...

    May 1: 67.25 kg / 148.3 lbs - already below May goal, but let's see how this diet-change goes before changing my May and June goals
    May 8: 66.44 kg / 146.5 lbs - new calorie and macros goals have done wonders for my energy levels and still losing, so sticking with it for a bit :) New goal is now 65 kg / 143.3 lbs by the end of the month

    05/01-193.0-(Trend Weight: 192.2)-

    05/02-193.6-(Trend Weight: 192.3)- The madness must stop! When I saw the scale I just wanted to crawl back into bed and put my head under the covers. I would love to get outside but itโ€™s just too cold. Snow yesterday and today. It wouldnโ€™t be northern Michigan without snow in May, right? Iโ€™ve got to cut the snacks and do some inside workouts. Maybe a little dancing will lift my spirits while burning some calories.

    05/09-194.2-(Trend Weight: 193.3)- Itโ€™s my birthday tomorrow. I really wanted to give my body better health, a better weight, a better outlook. April was horrible and May has not went as well as I had hoped. Iโ€™m disappointed. I travel today for my 4 month dental cleanings for myself and son. Weโ€™ll have a late restaurant lunch and do some shopping while out of town. Iโ€™ll try to choose carefully. Tomorrow is an art gallery and concert at the high school my grandchildren attend. Iโ€™ll be spending the evening with them. So many foodie things this week!

    I've been slowing a bit down, as I felt really tired. So despite eating at almost maintenance calories, I still lost a little bit, which is really good. I'll be on holiday the coming time, so I won't check in next week. No logging, but extremely active, I don't expect any gains except maybe some water weight from the flights.

    May 1: ON HOLIDAY !!
    May 8: sick while on holiday - urgh!
    May 15: 73 - So I've gained about 1 kg since before the holidays. I started to get sick halfway through (flu, covid, who knows), which means a lot less activities and then getting home I've been sick in bed for three more days. Activity is below zero as I am still very tired. Not feeling sick enough to stop eating though... But I know that weight loss happens in the kitchen and fitness happens at the gym, thus I have no excuse for not eating right.
