Hi Everyone,

I'm Zach, and I'm changing my lifestyle. I've been on and off trying to lose weight since 2015. The most I've ever weighed was 380 lbs after high school and the lowest I've been was 282 lbs on keto in 2020. It's been an up-and-down battle, but I'm ready to finally shift my life into a sustainable, healthy style. My current goal is weight loss/body recomposition as I'm going to the gym at least 3 times a week. Any suggestions from the community are welcomed! However, I'm not going to completely cut out foods (minimizing processed foods though), as that's what has caused me to regain/fail in the past.

Just let me know, and any support is welcomed as well!
