Hi everyone! Been a few years since I was on this site. Decided to join again bc I'm in a rut. Usually 3-5x weekly lifting at 5am. Last year or so can barely get in 1-2.
Need some accountability to get my butt in the gym. I've lost a lot of what I gained before and want to get back there. Want to help? Add me! Then yell at me or whatever to help get me back on track.

Welcome back, @AtlasM13. Here's a thread which members post in for accountability. We're not big on yelling at you if you don't workout, rather to praise when you do.
Here's another where the thread originator is still recording his daily workouts several years after he started the thread. I add my five workouts per week as well. Not sure your age, but @Ninerbuff is in his low 50's lifting 7x per week, I'm 45 and lift 4x per week plus another cardio day. Come join us!0 -
Good advice from @nossmf, as usual. (I also participate in one of those as part of my self-motivation.)
