Hi everyone! Been a few years since I was on this site. Decided to join again bc I'm in a rut. Usually 3-5x weekly lifting at 5am. Last year or so can barely get in 1-2.

Need some accountability to get my butt in the gym. I've lost a lot of what I gained before and want to get back there. Want to help? Add me! Then yell at me or whatever to help get me back on track.
