75 years old dietitian-it boots proven diet way. Benefits, it boots my vitality & energy levels, it builds, the muscle at age 75, it improves my joints to the shape of age 20-30 years old, enhance libido to match that of 20-30 years old. It is only some of so many benefits can't be even listed. I'm 75 years old, 5;7 tall, 156 weight, Iron health. Diet mostly base on protein and mix vitamin. Exercise - gym 1.5 h., biking 1.5h., swimming 2 h., 5 days a week.
