Health is everything

Hi👋🏻 I am new to fitness pal and excited to be here. I had been on keto for the last 3 years and was missing some basic carbs in my life. I am now getting my fitness and meal planning back on track and I’m in a way, starting over.
I work, raise kids and know that I need to take care of me and have great habits to stay and feel and be healthy. Navigating in these waters and back to being accountable with my day to day intake and feeling, living my best.
