Returning from hiatus, send help!

Hey, what’s up everyone!? I’ve been on this app for some time now but I had a hiatus from the gym and healthy eating for some time now. My lifts have drastically suffered and my muscle mass has seen better days.

I’m jumping back into everything and would like any advice or tips. I’m currently 188 lbs, probably around 24% body fat. I want to put the muscle back on but stay around the same weight. I have basic knowledge of macros, eating tips, and lifting; I was in pretty decent shape back in the day. Looking forward to hearing for everyone!
