What have I got to lose? Another 70 lbs or so And I had 130 lbs to lose when I first joined this group at the beginning of July! I have to pinch myself sometimes, but yes, being a member of the UAC truly has changed my life for the better -- and fast. Through this group I've learned that I really do need, and enjoy, daily exercise. I've found friends here, and lots of helpful information on all kinds of topics. I feel lucky to have stumbled across this challenge when I first joined MFP and felt a bit lost. If you're serious about meeting your health goals and you want a challenge that comes with built-in structure and support, please come check us out.8

UAC is a wonderful group of supportive, knowledgeable people. I’ve been with the group quite some time. It helped me lose over 90lbs, and keep them off. The accountability is ace.
There are 3 simple daily requirements.
1. Exercise for at least 20 minutes
2. Eat under your personal calorie goal
3. Track every bite, lick, and sip.
If you do all 3 daily requirements every day, you can join the Winners Circle. ( You get 3 pass days to help you)
If you use more than the 3 pass days, but still post daily progress, you become a Champion.

LOVE this group and checking in daily. It has given me the accountability I need to keep myself honest about what’s going in my mouth and what intentional activity I am getting daily. It’s helped me lose the final 30 lbs, but more importantly, it’s just a really great community to be a part of! Come join us!!4

Accountability on what we are truly responsible for. Exercising, eating adequately and tracking.

Love this group as well and will be returning for my fifth month…almost 15 pounds lighter with five to 10 pounds to go. Wouldn’t have been able to stick to my diet and exercise plan without the UAC! I learned a lot from this group and the daily discussions have changed my approach for the better.5

This group is a great community of supportive, non-judgemental people. You can participate in the daily discussions as much or as little as you like. It's helpful for both Maintenance or Losing. Try it for a month and see what you think!3
