Traveled back to NY
Due to not being very hungry at all I am way under on calories. I’m sure I’ll make up it for it tomorrow

2/21/2024 - day 75. Gave my feet a rest today and did a lot of manual woodworking. Spent 2 hours cutting and planing some ash beams for my new workbench. I had tried milling some earlier pieces with the machines I have but the dust cleanup , noise and potential hazard outweighed the workout and extra time it takes doing it by hand. Besides I’m not in a rush. When accounting for this exercise my general fitness goals were met for the day.2

2/22/2024 - day 76
Took a break and unplugged today. Tomorrow driving up to Brockport to see my older son compete it’s about 7 hours each way. Calories and exercise were fair, ended the day at maintenance.1 -
2/23/2024 - day 77
Travel day - 7 hour ride upstate. Unfortunately I’m over goal and maintenance today, but not by an obscene amount. Still staying clear of very poor food choices. I expect tomorrow to be the same as it will be a 7 hour ride back…

2/24/2024 - day 78 - unfortunately a very poor day food wise. Probably the worst since I started in terms of sweets. The travel , some stress with my older guy, along with several hours in the car thinking of my younger guy most likely being so far way … the break from my healthy routines… if all got to me. I understand these kind of days happen from time to time… the key is to make sure it happens very infrequently.3

2/25/2024 day 79 - spent my last day doing laundry, some woodworking and then dinner and a play with my parents. Ate over goal but about at maintenance. Was worth it, had a good time. Ready to get back to work tomorrow…3

Another good, on target day.
If all continues like this I might be able to retire those suits with 38 inch pants I recently purchased in a few weeks. One pair of pants is already getting a little too loose. 😀2 -
2/28/2024 - day 82.
Uneventful day - staying the course. Net calories below goal2 -
2/29/2024 - day 83
A bit over Today due to a birthday dinner with my oldest friend.
Also weighed in this morning… lowest weight in about 18 months 😀3 -

3/3/2024 - day 86… off day …. are over maintenance, felt unsatisfied the entire day like I could eat 5000 calories and a gallon of ice cream and it wouldn’t fill the hole…
Tomorrow is a new day and a new week.3 -

Today was a complete 180 from yesterday,
After lunch I simply wasn’t hungry… made my goals with room to spare.2 -
Alright! Glad today was back on keel.1

3/5/2024 day 88 - More of a balanced day. Also feel good - work and family have all been in a good place for a bit. Counting my blessings.
Met my fitness goals today 👍3 -
3/6/2024 - day 89 - heavy rains and flooding , so much I took the truck to gym as I wasn’t sure the car would do well.
I definitely didn’t want to go but… I did not want an over day…. Discipline over motivation … met my Goals for the day 😀5 -

Ate at maintenance today- needed a rest from everything.3 -
3/8/2024 - day 91 - Over today by a bit. Turned a trip upstate into an extended date night with a nice dinner without regards to calories. Gotta live life a little too.4

3/9/2024 day 92 - younger son did well at robotics travel day back home ate at maintenance2

3/10/2024 - day 93. Both of my sons home - did some woodworking, spent some time with my folks.Came home then had a nice family game night - we broke out the poker chips and enjoyed some Texas style hold-em. Been over 15 years since I broke out those poker chips.. Felt really nice… are a bit above goal but totally worth it.2

3/11/2024 day 94 - Ate above maintenance today- I suspect it will be be this way for the entire week my older son is here. It significantly changes the dynamics of the house.3

3/15/2024 day 98 - the Ides of March! Back on track with my calorie goal. Two more days until my older son goes back to school. I’ll be back to my gym routine after that.
