Hi all - I'm searching for others to join me in a 30 day new beginning challenge! For me it will be the starting point of a renewed health and weight loss journey after a very complicated 2023. I find it easier to stay focused and motivated when setting short term goals - like this 30 challenge - and when joined by others that also need motivation and support. So, will anyone like to join me in this 30 challenge???
Everyone is welcome - Introduce yourself and let's get healthy together! Here are some simple guidelines... post starting weight by 1/29 and then weekly thereafter. I will post mine on Sundays, for example this Sunday the 28th. Share anything you believe will help yourself or others stay on track for 30 days.

My weigh-in days are also Sundays; so I will be posting my weight every Sunday beginning today.

I'm Lia and I'm so happy to have you all join me. Sorry for the late post. We had a gardener cut the internet cable and just got back online.
Had a very hectic day but stayed on track. I'm getting my meals delivered but will need to incorporate 3 shakes a day. Did not get on the elliptical this morning as planned. Will do it tomorrow! Carole, you are right... we CAN do this!!!! If we can hang in there for 30 days I'm sure we will all see results..

Day 08-FEB04: 148.4
Loss so far: 4.2 lbs.
I need to get in more activity and plan to do so beginning today. I did have alcohol on a couple of days but reinitiated my resolve to 100% abstention on February 1st. Have a great week everyone!
