We cannot make you committed or motivated. You have to want the results, and accept that that means patiently sticking to a sensible process that leads to those results. Other people can help you understand options for that process, but we can't make you decide firmly to follow it.
If you don't "stay committed" you're making a decision that you don't want the results . . . don't want them enough, anyway.
I'm sorry if that sounds mean or harsh. I don't mean it that way. In that sense, I decided to stay overweight/obese for about 30 years myself, because I did nothing to change that state. It wasn't a great plan, in retrospect. If I'd been smarter, maybe I wouldn't have had the advanced stage cancer (that was a type more likely if overweight), the trashed gallbladder that was horribly cholesterolized with actual holes in it, the ruined knees from carrying all that weight around for those decades, and more.
What future do you want?
I don't even know for sure what flipped the switch in my head and made me commit to managing my body weight. If I did, I'd bottle it, sell it, and make millions. But I'm glad it happened, because the quality of life improvement from being well-nourished, reasonably fit, and at a healthy weight has been surprising major.5 -
The good news is that you only have to stick to it for just one moment - right now. It's all you have. Right now is it.
So you don't have to worry about sticking to it tomorrow. Just stick to it in this moment.
As @AnnPT77 says, it's the only way. You are the only one who can decide. You are the only one that can hold YOU accountable. If you want to achieve your goals, you have to put in the work. But just for right now!3 -

I understand how you feel. For some reason (Fear), I’ve finally been able to get committed this past year. Also, something I read on here really helped me. Several, very, knowledgeable people here said they were successful by making good habits. Turn healthy lifestyle choices into a routine so you hardly have to think about it. It’s just something you do every day. That’s what I’m focusing on now. It’s definitely making my commitment easier.2
