Hello!

I have been a member for about a year and still greatly appreciate this app.

In the past I have always struggled with eating, I would skip most meals and bury myself in work. Unfortunately this would result in poor nutritional choices when I did eat.

Last year I focussed on developing habits, putting attention to food and reprogramming myself to think of it as fuel.

Just started exploring the community here and it's great to hear/learn so many useful tactics and recipes.

Looking forward to being more involved here.
