I have been at this tracking for quite awhile, on this particular thread for 15 out of the 19 iterations of it.
I lost quite a bit (got to 130), but have been slowly gaining weight over the past 2 years despite my efforts.
Highest weight was 207. Began on this thread at 198 pounds
Week 1 Goal: 145.6 - My start weight from the last 100. Plunking this in each week until I hit it.

Day 22-05/01 - 146.4 - I got 6 of my 8 potato rows dug yesterday. Dependent on the weather, after work today I will get the rest dug and ready to plant (wet soil is too hard to move)
Yes, my grass needs cutting already, but getting stuff planted is more of a priority : - )
Day 23-05/02 - 146.6 - Finished the deep digging in my potato garden after work yesterday. I plan to get the potatoes in today after work as long as it isn't raining too much.
Day 24-05/03 - 146.4 - Potatoes are in. Working my normal day job in the restaurant today, and working at the new bar tonight. Big change in my timetable, kind of hope that I don't have to stay until 2am, but it is a very late crowd that go out, so we'll see.

Hi Folks! My name's Darin, and I'm an almost-45 year old woman from Holly Springs, North Carolina, USA. I've done a past 100 days challenge before and did really well with it (then regained the weight) so wanted to rejoin and try again.
Starting weight: 176.7Day 01-04/10—176.7Day 22-05/01—173.8 Last night went out to Texas Roadhouse and had a semi-decadent dinner (ate bread and a full-fat side Caesar salad, but had the grilled chicken as a main). Going to try to be better today.

Day 04-04/13—174.6 Went to get a mani/pedi today which was lovely. Made a terrific seared salmon for dinner with baked potato and am stopping eating right now! No more eating. That’s it. or drinking. Let’s see how it goes.
Day 05-04/14—174.3 Succeeded with the no more eating last night. Also succeeded at moderation at an all-you-can eat buffet today (a ton of fresh vegetables and some fruit as well). Thus far the making good decisions is going well. But I think this downward trend is going to stop soon – I’ve lost all the water weight I’m going to lose. So now the work starts for real.
Day 06-04/15—173.9 Work kicked my butt today. Thankfully Josh and I walked this morning so don’t have to try to exercise right now. Just have to try not to stress-eat the entire fridge and pantry…
Day 07-04/16—174.2 Slight uptick but still met my goal weight so there’s that. Tough migraine day – had to take part of the day off from work today for bed rest. UGH.

Day 08-04/17—175.2 another partial day at work today due to migraine, and I’m retaining water. Blergh. Between the two not feeling great. At least got out and walked, and I meditated today. That’s something.
Day 09-04/18—175.2 migraine’s eased up and have stabilized with the weight. Now hopefully start to see a downward trend? Meditated again and was very moderate with lunch and breakfast. Will try to maintain for dinner.

Day 11-04/20—174.7 I’m trying to be kind to myself with having felt so bad this week. I did have a ”woke myself up laughing” moment that I’m sure you’ll appreciate… I dreamt that I had gone into the office and was looking at a menu to pick out lunch. You know you’re counting calories IRL when your pick’s a clam chowder bread bowl with a bloomin’ onion topper!
Day 12-04/21—173.9 went to a cheeseburger party yesterday and did well with moderation (just one burger, limited sides, didn’t go bananas when in front of the potato chips although could have. Then came home and didn’t continue eating because I wasn’t hungry. Victory!
Day 13-04/22—174.4 another rough migraine day today.
Day 14-04/23—174.7 Just going to have to get myself together for next week.

Day 15-04/24—176.1 Okay, so I blacked out and when I came to, I had eaten a full meal from Arby’s. in itself it wasn’t too bad calorie-wise, but sodium-wise it was devastating. Going out to play trivia at a local tavern and will get a moderate bowl – but still regretting last night.

A real, real problem. Let's see... What is my work? my work is not eating when i'm not hungry. Can that be a thing? a double negative? it's really my failing - i eat because things taste good. kind of the WORST reason to eat!

My goal is to be proud of my weight loss.
Day 01 80.1 kg, I did my planned exercise but I overate a little bit (I'm tracking my intake), since I started tracking I've eaten out 4 times and I need to compensate for those times. I read "most people who lose weight will regain it within 5 years", I checked my old numbers and I'm 3.5 kg under what I weighed 5 years ago. I guess I'm in that category. I talked to my partner about my weight loss (something I'm trying to do less often).
Day 02 80.0 kg, I ate below my ideal which should help me recover from previous overeating. I did my exercise sessions.
Day 03 80.1 kg my eating is on track for the last 3 days but I need to recover from the previous 9 which averaged too high. I exercised and that's on track too. Disappointed that the scale is headed in the wrong direction but...
Day 04 79.4 kg a big loss today. I did a lot of walking, I had sugary food for the first time in 8 days. I overate. Recently there have been 6 days when I overate a lot, I had sugary food 5 times. Coincidence?
Day 05 79.8 kg just a normal day where I am good, no overeating and exercising is as required
Day 06 80.4 kg I started two personal challenges, I had some sugary food because I won't be having sugary food for a while, so on Tuesday I gained...Day 07 80.6 kg my eating and exercise went well, still need to recover from the overeating episodes, maybe in 2-3 days that will happenDay 17 79.5 kg ate too much and didn't exercise at my desired level
Day 08 80.4 kg I had some treats and food I don't usually have, that's a negative, on the plus side I'm still exercising as I intended
Day 09 80.3 kg I have a cold so I only managed half my exercise today, that's fine, eating was good.
Day 10 80.2 kg another day when I ate properly, two days in a row, plus two exercise sessions.
Day 11 79.7 kg a good day in terms of exercise and eating
Day 12 78.7 kg I don't see a 1 kg loss very often, anyway I overate again, although my exercise was as planned
Day 13 79.3 kg Another good day, exercise and diet were good. I've decided to attempt to lose 10 kg in 100 days - so this will move over to the next round. Starting tomorrow.
Day 14 79.4 kg I ran the numbers to see whether I could lose 10 kg in 100 days and it seems iffy, however I'm not particularly hungry as I lose weight, so I guess I should just eat less. I overate and did my required amount of exercise. I looked at my intake graph and since day 1 there's been 7 days when I've overeaten.
Day 15 79.7 kg I ate a bit too much and my exercise was less than required. 10 kg in 100 days: 10.3 kg to lose in 99 days. Can I do it? Probably.
Day 16 79.6 kg I ate too much but my exercise was alright. I've decided to delay the 10 kg in 100 days idea until my weight loss 'settles down'
Day 18 80.4 kg whoa how did that happen? Maybe eating too much?

Hello, I just (re)joined MFP. Every time I've started on here, I go hot headed with logging foods, making sure I'm getting steps in and going all out at the gym. But then, my motivation dies within a month.
So this time, I'm going slow. Starting with making better choices in meals (ie: cooking meals at home instead of being tired and ordering take out) and logging everything.
I'm also trying to make sure I get 64-80oz of water in daily. In a week or two, I'll see about adding in more physical activity.

I’m 5’1”, and have traveled around the sun 77 times. I’m fortunate in that I can continue with my latest job which is serving at an Assisted Living facility. I’ve been struggling with a slow backslide. April 1st saw 177.2 ☹ Goal for this Round is to get below 165.

Day 25-05/04 - 147.0 - I ate extremely late. I had to, I was feeling sick I was so hungry by 2am. Didn't manage to sleep in as late as I wanted to. I used to work late nights in the past, but it has been years. I go in at 5 tonight, so am going to go for a tan (so that I don't burn in Mexico) get the lawnmower down out of the spike in the shed, cut some of the grass, do some more planting...and stuff before I go to work at 5pm. Tonight will be very late eating again, going to make up some tuna to eat around 4:15. I have a loaf of Little Big Bread (silverhills) which is 110 calories for 2 slices and is filled with fibre. I took my homemade Jambalaya out of the freezer before going to work and will do the same today. Hopefully my body will get used to the late nights. Calories and exercise were on point. Off tomorrow, I was asked to work a shift at the restaurant but I declined - I have too much to do around here before going away on the 22nd and am scheduled to work 6 days this coming week including late nights.

A real, real problem. Let’s see… What is my work? my work is not eating when i'm not hungry. Can that be a thing? a double negative? it's really my failing - i eat because things taste good. kind of the WORST reason to eat!
Day 25-05/04—171.8 At heart I’m a glutton, which is why I’m the size I am. I’ll be sitting around, and all of a sudden, I’ll think – “You know what’d be great right now? Buttered popcorn”. Or in the grocery store, passing the deli section, thinking “I know those wings taste pretty good; maybe grab a few for the drive home.” Even though wings are definitely not on my shopping list. It’s an ongoing struggle. Trying to find healthy things that also taste good – or stopping eating at a reasonable point – is a real challenge!

My goal is to be proud of my weight loss.
Day 01 80.1 kg, I did my planned exercise but I overate a little bit (I'm tracking my intake), since I started tracking I've eaten out 4 times and I need to compensate for those times. I read "most people who lose weight will regain it within 5 years", I checked my old numbers and I'm 3.5 kg under what I weighed 5 years ago. I guess I'm in that category. I talked to my partner about my weight loss (something I'm trying to do less often).
Day 02 80.0 kg, I ate below my ideal which should help me recover from previous overeating. I did my exercise sessions.
Day 03 80.1 kg my eating is on track for the last 3 days but I need to recover from the previous 9 which averaged too high. I exercised and that's on track too. Disappointed that the scale is headed in the wrong direction but...
Day 04 79.4 kg a big loss today. I did a lot of walking, I had sugary food for the first time in 8 days. I overate. Recently there have been 6 days when I overate a lot, I had sugary food 5 times. Coincidence?
Day 05 79.8 kg just a normal day where I am good, no overeating and exercising is as required
Day 06 80.4 kg I started two personal challenges, I had some sugary food because I won't be having sugary food for a while, so on Tuesday I gained...Day 07 80.6 kg my eating and exercise went well, still need to recover from the overeating episodes, maybe in 2-3 days that will happenDay 17 79.5 kg ate too much and didn't exercise at my desired level

Day 13 79.3 kg Another good day, exercise and diet were good. I've decided to attempt to lose 10 kg in 100 days - so this will move over to the next round. Starting tomorrow.
Day 14 79.4 kg I ran the numbers to see whether I could lose 10 kg in 100 days and it seems iffy, however I'm not particularly hungry as I lose weight, so I guess I should just eat less. I overate and did my required amount of exercise. I looked at my intake graph and since day 1 there's been 7 days when I've overeaten.
Day 15 79.7 kg I ate a bit too much and my exercise was less than required. 10 kg in 100 days: 10.3 kg to lose in 99 days. Can I do it? Probably.
Day 16 79.6 kg I ate too much but my exercise was alright. I've decided to delay the 10 kg in 100 days idea until my weight loss 'settles down'

Thoughts:
Last round I had my normal goal of a 12 pound loss which is approximately 4 lbs per month. That comes to about 90 days leaving the other 10 open for special holidays and social occasions. In theory, it’s a good plan. In practice it is a Mountain to Crawl up. However, each 100 day round I am extremely grateful for any progress I can make, no matter how big or small. I am also grateful for all the support from all of you that I get on a daily basis. Working on my health has become my #1 priority. My main goals are to maintain my remission by staying cancer free and to keep my diabetes in control. Losing weight is key to both goals.

Day 24-05/03-182.6-(Trend weight 182.6) This is an extra-early weigh in. I usually don’t weigh myself on Fridays. Whoosh! I’m not sure why, Probably glycogen. It was a good day yesterday, however. It was a lower calorie day on the zig-zag plan with a max of 1250 calories and 78 carbs. I was a bit under on both. Tomorrow my oldest DD graduates with her first college degree. I am so excited for her. She is turning 41 next month so going back to college for a teaching degree was a big deal. I have to venture to a faraway town I never go to. A VERY BIG town for a country girl like me so I’m a bit nervous about the drive. Thank Goodness for GPS. I heard about some weird circular turnabouts they have there so I am a little terrified right now, I’m not gonna lie. This should be interesting. There will be a celebratory dinner out afterward. I will have little control of the menu but all control of the choices. I hope I keep this positive attitude at the restaurant tomorrow! Today I am working on water consumption as I’ve let that slip lately. Have a great weekend everyone.

Hello, I just (re)joined MFP. Every time I've started on here, I go hot headed with logging foods, making sure I'm getting steps in and going all out at the gym. But then, my motivation dies within a month.
So this time, I'm going slow. Starting with making better choices in meals (ie: cooking meals at home instead of being tired and ordering take out) and logging everything.
I'm also trying to make sure I get 64-80oz of water in daily. In a week or two, I'll see about adding in more physical activity.

Day 04-04/13—174.6 Went to get a mani/pedi today which was lovely. Made a terrific seared salmon for dinner with baked potato and am stopping eating right now! No more eating. That’s it. or drinking. Let’s see how it goes.
Day 05-04/14—174.3 Succeeded with the no more eating last night. Also succeeded at moderation at an all-you-can eat buffet today (a ton of fresh vegetables and some fruit as well). Thus far the making good decisions is going well. But I think this downward trend is going to stop soon – I’ve lost all the water weight I’m going to lose. So now the work starts for real.
Day 06-04/15—173.9 Work kicked my butt today. Thankfully Josh and I walked this morning so don’t have to try to exercise right now. Just have to try not to stress-eat the entire fridge and pantry…

Day 08-04/17—175.2 another partial day at work today due to migraine, and I’m retaining water. Blergh. Between the two not feeling great. At least got out and walked, and I meditated today. That’s something.
Day 09-04/18—175.2 migraine’s eased up and have stabilized with the weight. Now hopefully start to see a downward trend? Meditated again and was very moderate with lunch and breakfast. Will try to maintain for dinner.

Day 11-04/20—174.7 I’m trying to be kind to myself with having felt so bad this week. I did have a ”woke myself up laughing” moment that I’m sure you’ll appreciate… I dreamt that I had gone into the office and was looking at a menu to pick out lunch. You know you’re counting calories IRL when your pick’s a clam chowder bread bowl with a bloomin’ onion topper!
Day 12-04/21—173.9 went to a cheeseburger party yesterday and did well with moderation (just one burger, limited sides, didn’t go bananas when in front of the potato chips although could have. Then came home and didn’t continue eating because I wasn’t hungry. Victory!

A real, real problem. Let’s see… What is my work? my work is not eating when i'm not hungry. Can that be a thing? a double negative? it's really my failing - i eat because things taste good. kind of the WORST reason to eat!
Day 25-05/04—171.8 At heart I’m a glutton, which is why I’m the size I am. I’ll be sitting around, and all of a sudden, I’ll think – “You know what’d be great right now? Buttered popcorn”. Or in the grocery store, passing the deli section, thinking “I know those wings taste pretty good; maybe grab a few for the drive home.” Even though wings are definitely not on my shopping list. It’s an ongoing struggle. Trying to find healthy things that also taste good – or stopping eating at a reasonable point – is a real challenge!

I have been at this tracking for quite awhile, on this particular thread for 15 out of the 19 iterations of it.
I lost quite a bit (got to 130), but have been slowly gaining weight over the past 2 years despite my efforts.

Day 22-05/01 - 146.4 - I got 6 of my 8 potato rows dug yesterday. Dependent on the weather, after work today I will get the rest dug and ready to plant (wet soil is too hard to move)

Day 23-05/02 - 146.6 - Finished the deep digging in my potato garden after work yesterday. I plan to get the potatoes in today after work as long as it isn't raining too much.
Day 24-05/03 - 146.4 - Potatoes are in. Working my normal day job in the restaurant today, and working at the new bar tonight. Big change in my timetable, kind of hope that I don't have to stay until 2am, but it is a very late crowd that go out, so we'll see.
Day 25-05/04 - 147.0 - I ate extremely late. I had to, I was feeling sick I was so hungry by 2am. Didn't manage to sleep in as late as I wanted to. I used to work late nights in the past, but it has been years. I go in at 5 tonight, so am going to go for a tan (so that I don't burn in Mexico) get the lawnmower down out of the spike in the shed, cut some of the grass, do some more planting...and stuff before I go to work at 5pm. Tonight will be very late eating again, going to make up some tuna to eat around 4:15. I have a loaf of Little Big Bread (silverhills) which is 110 calories for 2 slices and is filled with fibre. I took my homemade Jambalaya out of the freezer before going to work and will do the same today. Hopefully my body will get used to the late nights. Calories and exercise were on point. Off tomorrow, I was asked to work a shift at the restaurant but I declined - I have too much to do around here before going away on the 22nd and am scheduled to work 6 days this coming week including late nights.
Day 26-05/05 - 147.2 - Ditto to yesterday, very late in eating. Again, my calories and output were bang on, so I am not stressing about this. Full day off today! I want to get the rest of the grass cut before it starts to rain today. I can get planting done even in the rain, it will just be a bit muddy. I am tired this morning, so maybe I will actually relax and putter a bit this afternoon. I have been throwing stuff into my suitcase since January, so I will empty it out onto couches and begin to organize it over the next few days. Light workdays this week until later in the week. Dinner will be at a "normal" time, so hopefully I can drop a few lbs.

@dawnbgethealthy We went to Traverse City (TC) which is wrapped around parts of Lake Michigan on the western shore of the lower Peninsula of Michigan. It seems it would be easy to navigate a simple circle city around water but it was so big it ventured to the left and right into oblivion. Thank Goodness for Google Maps GPS and my son knowing how to read it all while I drove! A beautiful city for sure, everywhere you looked was water. The Great Lakes are the largest freshwater lakes in the world so it's like looking at the ocean.
My daughter (graduate Beth) chose a special Mexican restaurant. We used to have an exact one about 1 1/2 hours away from us but they sold it to a cannabis company a few years ago so it was exciting to her to see the restaurant again. She ordered combo steak and chicken fajitas sizzling hot. I ordered a 3 part combo plate (taco, small burrito and enchilada) that came with rice and beans. I boxed the rice, beans, half the beef burrito and half the enchilada to take home. I shared a fresh baked brownie afterward with my son as I always have to end in sweet. I also order appetizer called firecrackers that came with a jalapeno pepper jelly. They are cream cheese, jalapeno pepper and bacon filled. So yummy! I split that with my two daughters. Foodie daughter Brittany always orders way more food than she will ever eat. She is petite tiny and eats like a bird. She took nearly all her food home and it was A LOT of Food. My ex-husband ordered something on the mild side because he is a weak little wimp and hasn't changed one ioda. LOL, just kidding. It's okay that he prefers mild sauces. Teens had nacho grande or trio taco dinner. Little one's liked the chicken quesadillas with fries as their side choice. I drank water as usual and did not overeat. I paid for the full tab as part of the gift to Bethany.
I saw that we had passed a casino coming into TC but I didn't have much cash on me. I had changed purses and only brought a very small wallet for a credit card or two. I did not have my ATM card on me either and I really wanted to take Johnny, my autistic son, into the casino and let him see what it is like. I asked my ex John if he would walk over to an ATM that I spotted outside the restaurant and give me some money I would pay back later. I took $600.00 and Johnny and I left. Johnny really enjoyed the casino. It is so important to me that he experience some things. He is a loner and spends a lot of time down in his basement apartment with no challenges or stimulations. He really did love it. The lights and sounds did not seem to bother him. In the end we stayed about 5 hours (time flew!) I lost $90 and he lost $65 so he did better than me. He was so excited whenever he would hit a win of any kind. We left early enough heading south and east toward the Lake Huron area (but not all the way to that Great Lake) so we could navigate the unfamiliar parts of our trip in daylight, but we didn't get home until well after dark. Watching for deer is tricky.
This afternoon for lunch I gave Johnny the other half of my dinner (enchilada and burrito) and I ate the beans and rice. He will not eat either of those because the beans are too smooth and creamy and the rice is too textured. So what in the heck does he usually eat? Not many things due to his eating disorders related to Autism. I do wonder how much of this he got from me because of my weird eating style but my other kids are fine and eat very healthy so I dunno. I sure do have a lot more foods in my diet than he does!
I use my PC for MFP so when google puts my photos in my account online I will post a few. Beth will be 41 next month, Brittany is 29 until November and Johnny is 27 until July.
Its a long post, but you said you want to read it so...... Today I feel a bit bloated and my ankles have filled with fluid so I am going to have to push water. Sodium and too much sitting does it every time! Today I will stick to plan. Its a beautiful day outside but I left my house a mess and I really need to clean before the contractors come tomorrow so I'll probably be stuck inside most of the day. Thoughts:
Last round I had my normal goal of a 12 pound loss which is approximately 4 lbs per month. That comes to about 90 days leaving the other 10 open for special holidays and social occasions. In theory, it’s a good plan. In practice it is a Mountain to Crawl up. However, each 100 day round I am extremely grateful for any progress I can make, no matter how big or small. I am also grateful for all the support from all of you that I get on a daily basis. Working on my health has become my #1 priority. My main goals are to maintain my remission by staying cancer free and to keep my diabetes in control. Losing weight is key to both goals.

My goal is to be proud of my weight loss.
Day 01 80.1 kg, I did my planned exercise but I overate a little bit (I'm tracking my intake), since I started tracking I've eaten out 4 times and I need to compensate for those times. I read "most people who lose weight will regain it within 5 years", I checked my old numbers and I'm 3.5 kg under what I weighed 5 years ago. I guess I'm in that category. I talked to my partner about my weight loss (something I'm trying to do less often).
Day 02 80.0 kg, I ate below my ideal which should help me recover from previous overeating. I did my exercise sessions.
Day 03 80.1 kg my eating is on track for the last 3 days but I need to recover from the previous 9 which averaged too high. I exercised and that's on track too. Disappointed that the scale is headed in the wrong direction but...
Day 04 79.4 kg a big loss today. I did a lot of walking, I had sugary food for the first time in 8 days. I overate. Recently there have been 6 days when I overate a lot, I had sugary food 5 times. Coincidence?
Day 05 79.8 kg just a normal day where I am good, no overeating and exercising is as required
Day 06 80.4 kg I started two personal challenges, I had some sugary food because I won't be having sugary food for a while, so on Tuesday I gained...Day 07 80.6 kg my eating and exercise went well, still need to recover from the overeating episodes, maybe in 2-3 days that will happenDay 17 79.5 kg ate too much and didn't exercise at my desired level
Day 08 80.4 kg I had some treats and food I don't usually have, that's a negative, on the plus side I'm still exercising as I intended
Day 09 80.3 kg I have a cold so I only managed half my exercise today, that's fine, eating was good.
Day 10 80.2 kg another day when I ate properly, two days in a row, plus two exercise sessions.
Day 11 79.7 kg a good day in terms of exercise and eating
Day 12 78.7 kg I don't see a 1 kg loss very often, anyway I overate again, although my exercise was as planned
Day 13 79.3 kg Another good day, exercise and diet were good. I've decided to attempt to lose 10 kg in 100 days - so this will move over to the next round. Starting tomorrow.
Day 14 79.4 kg I ran the numbers to see whether I could lose 10 kg in 100 days and it seems iffy, however I'm not particularly hungry as I lose weight, so I guess I should just eat less. I overate and did my required amount of exercise. I looked at my intake graph and since day 1 there's been 7 days when I've overeaten.
Day 15 79.7 kg I ate a bit too much and my exercise was less than required. 10 kg in 100 days: 10.3 kg to lose in 99 days. Can I do it? Probably.
Day 16 79.6 kg I ate too much but my exercise was alright. I've decided to delay the 10 kg in 100 days idea until my weight loss 'settles down'
Day 18 80.4 kg whoa how did that happen? Maybe eating too much?
Day 19 79.7 kg ate too much, exercise average is okay

Day 21 80.0 kg I'm now starting the lose 10 kg in 100 days challenge. Can I do it? Probably.
Day 22 80.6 kg moderate gain but I'm not too concerned. 10.6 kg in 99 days? Probably.
Day 23 80.4 kg, things are looking good in terms of eating. 10.4 kg in 98 days? Probably.
Day 24 80.0 kg, I'm eating too much, 0.1 kg lost in 23 days. Anyway, 10.0 kg in 97 days? Probably.
Day 25 80.1 kg, eating seems to be under control right now, 30 day weight average has dropped for 3 days in a row (personal best 118 days), 10.1 kg in 96 days? Probably
Day 26 80.0 kg, eating under control 2 days, 10.0 kg in 95 days? Probably.
